In settings you create an affiliate (Discord user or external person), pick a unique code URL (?ref=topcoach), enter the commission % per plan. The promoter shares their link, tracked clicks land in a first-party cookie (30 days).
When someone buys via the link, the subscription is associated with the affiliate. On every payment we compute the commission (based on your %-deal) and add it to the "pending" list — at the monthly payout, the outstanding balance is paid out in one go.
On top of the community-internal affiliate system, there's a platform affiliate programme: link to JoinOurServer with your personal code, and for every community owner who starts through you, you get a lifetime %-commission on the platform share (our 2.5% transaction fee).

Payouts happen monthly as soon as an affiliate's outstanding balance exceeds €25. Smaller balances roll over into the next month.
The corresponding commission is automatically reversed (negative entry in the commission account). So neither you nor the affiliate is at risk in dispute cases.
Yes. In settings you can toggle each affiliate active/inactive anytime. Inactive affiliates can't track new conversions, but already-pending commissions are still paid out normally.
