Your member data belongs to you — we process it on servers in Germany under the strict requirements of the GDPR. No data export to the US, no advertising trackers, no hidden subprocessors.
Database and application servers run exclusively in German data centres — no AWS us-east, no Google Cloud Asia.

We don't use Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Hotjar. Logfile stats only, no personal reference.
We process exactly the data needed for the payment service: Discord identity (id, username, email from the OAuth scope), invoice data (name, address, optionally VAT id), payment metadata (amounts, dates, Mollie reference). What we do not process: your Discord chat, your private messages, behaviour analytics, trackers.
The Discord bot has manage-roles and kick permissions — it technically cannot read channels. We log zero chat activity.
Every member can request a full data export (JSON + PDF invoices) from the portal. On a deletion request, personal data is anonymised while accounting data legally required for retention (10 years per German Abgabenordnung) is kept — as data protection law requires when balanced with tax law.
As a community owner you can request the same for your members' data. We deliver within 72h.

You yourself, your configured team members, and internally at us: 1 support staff (for tickets), 1 admin (for infrastructure). All access is audited.
Mollie is Dutch with EU hosting. Discord is a US company — but we only pass the minimum IDs to Discord (for the roles API), no member data or payment info.
